Long Tech Games is a gaming division of Long Technology, a company registered and operating in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to:

9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

- Right to Delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (email, IP address, username), internet activity (browsing history, gameplay data), geolocation data (approximate, from IP), and device information.
9.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Other US States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and Utah Consumer Privacy Act) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. 9.3 Children (COPPA)
In compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. 9.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard for responding to DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. Our privacy practices remain the same regardless of DNT settings.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from Canada. If you access the Service from outside Canada or the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection.
11. Responsible Gaming
We are committed to responsible gaming practices. We may collect and use data related to your gaming activity to:
